Mindfulness Group

At Amber’s Wings, we believe in celebrating who we are and what we can become. Our Hooves & Hearts Mindfulness Group brings together young people and horses in a safe, supportive environment to explore mindfulness, emotional awareness, and personal growth.

What We Explore

With the guidance of our equine partners, particpants learn:

  • Key attitudes such as kindness and patience
  • How to foster self-acceptance and compassion
  • Grounding practices for mindfulness
  • The value of feedback and reflection
  • Creating personal mantras and goal setting

What to Expect

Each session blends experiential learning with creative expression, including:

  • Riding and caring for horses
  • Guided mindfulness sessions
  • Mantra and intention work
  • Scavenger hunts and group challenges
  • Breathwork for relaxation and focus
  • Painting and art-based self-expression
